Revision Policy

At 360webcoders, we understand the importance of delivering a design that meets your expectations. Based on the package you select, our revision policy is as follows:

  • Unlimited revisions: Our clients are entitled to unlimited revisions, at no additional cost, as long as the design and concept remain unchanged.
  • Fast turnaround time: Our turnaround time for revisions is a swift 48 hours.

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your project, and we are dedicated to making any necessary revisions to achieve this.

Refund Policy

At 360webcoders, we are committed to delivering designs that meet your expectations. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with our services, the following refund policy applies:

  • No refund after initial approval or revision: Once the initial design and concepts are approved or revised, any funds deposited are not eligible for a refund, unless 360webcoders cancels or ends your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-execution.
  • Refund before delivery of initial design: If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% administrative and processing fee).
  • Refund within 48 hours: If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administrative and processing fee).
  • Refund within 48-96 hours: If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
  • No refund after 96 hours: No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, and you are encouraged to reach out to us to address any concerns.
  • No refund after 7 working days of inaction: No refund request will be entertained after 7 working days of customer inaction.
  • No refund for unresponsive customers: No refund request will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive for 5 working days.
  • Refund requests to support department: All refund requests must be made to the support department, and 360webcoders reserves the right to approve or reject any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refund after final delivery: No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • No refund for website bundles: No refund will be entertained once the initial design mockup has been revised or the inner pages have been created with client approval.
  • No criticism or attack: Both parties (360webcoders and the client) agree not to criticize or attack each other or its employees, associates, or partners publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any time during or after the contract period. Any breach of this agreement may result in the breaching party paying a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.
  • Money-back guarantee: The money-back guarantee applies only if the request is made in good faith. If a client has placed design orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, 360webcoders reserves the right to decline the refund request.
  • Active participation: All design jobs require client input before completion, and it is expected that the client is active throughout the process and provides feedback to achieve the desired results.
  • Unique design guarantee: The 100% unique design guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the logo designed by 360webcoders is found to be substantially similar to another design that already exists. Any similarity to a current design will be a coincidental event, and 360webcoders will not accept any responsibility or claim for compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to have their artwork copyrighted.


How To Claim Your Refund

To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.

  1. Specify your concern and claim your refund through any of the following two modes :-

We will try to resolve your query and concern in light of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to 360webcoders and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.

  1. Since the rights to design would now be transferred to 360webcoders, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.
  2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies 360webcoders would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

Cancellation Policy:

client needs to cancel their digital marketing services, they must inform 360webcoders in writing within 3 working days before the start of the project. If the cancellation is made within the specified time frame, 360webcoders will provide a 66% percent refund.

My Account

The My Account area is a convenient platform for communication. It is your responsibility to regularly check the account section for any questions, queries, concerns, and instructions for the designer. Neglecting to do so may delay the process of obtaining a refund. If you require assistance with using the My Account area, please contact customer support for prompt assistance.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, our designers follow the specifications provided by you in the order form. They conduct thorough research to guarantee quality and uniqueness in the designs created.

Domain and Hosting Services

As part of our packages, domain and hosting services are offered at no additional cost, when applicable.

Email accounts associated with your website package can be easily set up on popular third-party email software, such as Microsoft Outlook.

Please note, if you choose to host your website elsewhere, email accounts will not be provided.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to the client’s 360webcoders account as per the date specified in the “Order Confirmation”. A notification email will be sent to inform the client about their design order delivery. All policies related to revision and refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivery to the client’s account.

Customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 days after receiving the order.

We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service, allowing clients to receive their first logo within 24 hours by paying an additional $100. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team.

Record Maintenance

We archive the final design files after delivery. Upon request, we can send a copy of the final files via email.

Customer Support

We offer 24/7 customer support to address any questions and concerns. Our team promises prompt responses to all inquiries.

Correspondence Policy The client agrees that 360webcoders is not responsible for any correspondence from email addresses other than those associated with 360webcoders domain i.e. “[email protected]” or any toll-free number not specified on our website. 360webcoders is only liable for correspondence through email addresses under our domain name or through a specified toll-free number.

If a client does not respond for 3 weeks after onboarding, their agreement will be terminated. If the client wishes to reactivate the agreement, they will need to pay 25% of the total project amount as a penalty.
