All services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for project delivery
- Respond promptly to approvals and feedback
- Ensure ownership or rights to all content, images, and materials provided
Delays caused by incomplete information may affect project timelines.
4. Payment & Pricing
- Prices are agreed upon prior to project commencement
- Payments must follow the agreed schedule
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients own the final approved deliverables
- 360WebCoders retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
- Third-party software, plugins, or licenses remain subject to their respective terms
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
Revisions are included per the agreed project scope. Additional requests outside the scope may incur extra fees.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not share it without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
360WebCoders is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions
- Third-party service failures or hosting issues
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payment is required for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
- UK Clients: Governed by the laws of England & Wales
- US Clients: Governed by the laws of the state specified in the service agreement
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
